Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan sering kali direduksi menjadi sekadar pengadaan infrastruktur teknologi, mengabaikan aspek kesiapan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi adaptasi SDM pendidik dalam menghadapi transformasi digital layanan pendidikan melalui kerangka Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) di SDN Jungkal, Kabupaten Balangan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesenjangan kompetensi digital (technophobia) pada guru senior dapat diatasi melalui strategi agile human resource berlandaskan nilai spiritual, seperti pendampingan sejawat dan debirokratisasi administrasi. Implikasinya, pengurangan beban birokrasi memberikan ruang emosional bagi pendidik untuk mengadopsi teknologi secara efektif sekaligus menyukseskan visi Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) melalui penerapan disiplin positif dan restitusi dalam ekosistem digital. Riset ini membuktikan bahwa keberhasilan digitalisasi sekolah dasar perdesaan bertumpu pada pengelolaan SDM yang humanis, spiritual, dan kontekstual.
