UJI DAYA HASIL GALUR-GALUR DIHAPLOID PADI SAWAH DI BEBERAPA LOKASI

Anther culture is one of the technologies to accelerate plant breeding programs in producing superior rice varieties. The study aims to determine the agronomic performance and yield of dihaploid lines in several locations. The study was conducted in 3 locations, namely Subang, Malang and Cianjur using a randomized complete block design consisting of 35 dihaploid rice lines as treatments and 3 comparison varieties, namely Ciherang, Inpari 13, Inpara 5. Each treatment was repeated 3 times. The experimental unit consisted of a plot measuring 3 m x 3 m with a planting distance of 25 cm x 25 cm. The results showed that the interaction of genotype and environment had a significant effect on the characteristics of plant height, number of productive tillers, number of filled grains per panicle, percentage of filled grains per panicle, total number of grains, 50% flowering age, harvest age, panicle length, 1000 grain weight and productivity. Genetic variation and estimated heritability values of all parameters are included in the high category ranging between 1.57 - 458.51 and 0.58 - 0.96, except for the number of productive tillers (0.24) and productivity (0.43) which have moderate heritability values. Based on the weighted index value with productivity variables, number of productive tillers, number of filled grains per panicle, percentage of filled grains per panicle, weight of 1000 grains and harvest age, 14 dihaploid lines of lowland rice were obtained.
